As a mum to two little boys, I know how precious time is and as a stylist of 10 years, I also know how important it is to feel good, however these two things often do not co-exist well.

I have worked in e-commerce styling for many years, styling photoshoots for big high street brands like ASOS, Ted Baker and Selfridges. But my real passion has always been relatable fashion that makes people feel good. And after having my babies, the prospect of going back to an industry well known for doing the opposite, I decided to make it my full time job.

I also run my own slow fashion brand called My Cariad, creating beautiful, long lasting pieces made with love and care for people and planet. So I know clothes.
